Deaffest 2012 Submissions are now OPEN!

Deaffest is the UK’s only Deaf-led film and television festival, which celebrates the talents of Deaf filmmakers and media artists from all over the world.

The 2012 festival will be held at the Light House, Wolverhampton, from Friday 25th – Sunday 27th May 2012. This dynamic and thriving festival helps to nurture talent in the Deaf community and showcase the work of Deaf film makers and producers.

We are calling for submissions for the festival and for Young Deaffest (which will take place on Sat 26 May), so whatever your age you can start sending your films in!  Email Jackie Law, Festival Coordinator here  for more details.  The deadline for all submissions is Monday 19th March 2012.
